Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead AI-powered products from strategy and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines solid product management experience with hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI prototyping, and AI evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, launch, and continuous improvement.
Define product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Build AI prototypes and client-ready demonstrations.
Work with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
Develop and optimize prompts for AI-powered products.
Define AI evaluation metrics and testing frameworks.
Work with Engineering, Design, QA, Data Science, and Business teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies and product delivery.
Manage enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
Gather customer feedback and translate it into product improvements.




Support AI product strategy and innovation.

Required Skills
5+ years of Product Management experience.
2+ years working with AI, ML, or data-driven products.
Experience managing products through the complete lifecycle.
Solid enterprise client and CXO-level stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and LLM-powered products.
Understanding of RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and AI evaluation.
Strong Agile/Scrum and Product Owner experience.
Excellent PRD writing and communication skills.

Preferred
B2B SaaS or AI-native product experience.
Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Product Management or AI/ML certifications.
A/B testing and experimentation.
Product-Led Growth experience.
