Job Overview

ISMPL is looking for a responsible and experienced HSE Supervisor cum Admin Supervisor to oversee workplace health, safety, environmental compliance, and general administrative activities at the plant/site. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining a secure, disciplined, and well-organized work setting while coordinating daily administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Responsibilities
Implement and monitor company health, safety, and environmental policies at the plant/site.
Conduct daily workplace inspections and identify unsafe conditions, acts, and potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, labour, and statutory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks.




Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and visitors.
Organize safety induction and regular HSE training programs.
Maintain records of safety training, inspections, incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
Develop and implement emergency response procedures, including fire, medical, and evacuation plans.
Coordinate fire drills, mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and first-aid arrangements.
Ensure availability and periodic inspection of fire extinguishers, firefighting systems, first-aid boxes, and other safety equipment.
Monitor safe work practices related to machinery, electrical systems, work at height, hot work, lifting operations, and confined spaces.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with site safety rules.
