We are looking for an experienced Head Methods to lead casting methoding and process development activities for our steel foundry at Kagal, Kolhapur.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing casting methods, including risering, gating, feeding, solidification analysis and casting process parameters.
The role includes reviewing customer drawings, preparing method drawings, reducing casting defects and improving yield, and coordinating with Pattern, Production, Quality and Technical teams.
The candidate should have solid knowledge of steel casting metallurgy, foundry processes, casting simulation/methoding principles and practical problem-solving skills.
