Delivery Engineering Leadership
Drive engineering discipline across the delivery lifecycle – sprint planning, code quality gates, release management, and technical risk mitigation
Partner with engineering leads to ensure architecture decisions align with delivery timelines and client commitments
Establish and track engineering delivery metrics (velocity, defect leakage, cycle time, deployment frequency)



to drive continuous improvement
Ensure adherence to DevOps/CI-CD practices and champion an automation-first delivery culture

Engineering Leadership
Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering ownership and technical excellence
Collaborate with architects and tech leads on solution design, code reviews, and technology choices
Champion engineering best practices – clean code, test automation, security, and scalability standards
Build and scale high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, upskilling, and career development

AI Leadership Capabilities
Identify and drive adoption of Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery efficiency (e.g., AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation)
Guide teams in responsibly evaluating and integrating AI-based solutions into client engagements
Stay current on emerging AI/GenAI trends and evangelize practical
