Cultivate and develop relationships with the existing institutional donors – foundations and CSR partners - to ensure renewal of grants, and strengthening and deepening of the existing relationships, including beyond funding.
Conduct research on and identify suitable potential recent funding opportunities and partners in India and abroad (institutional, CSR, etc.) and secure current institutional funding partnerships, as required.
Network and build relationships with existing and potential new donors.
Write quality funding proposals/grant applications, in collaboration with relevant team members. In collaboration with Finance Coordinator, develop budgets for funding proposals.
Developing MOU, Preparing of plans work orders, manage and oversee the programs.- Ensure timely, prepare accurate and high quality reporting for existing donors.
Collaborate with Research, Advocacy and Communications team on evaluation of programmes and their impact, and ensure these take into consideration donors’ needs and expectations, as relevant.




Oversee a successful delivery of planned fundraising events as per pre-agreed targets, and develop new creative ideas for fundraising and donor cultivation events.
Oversee and manage all communications with existing donors, including through social media, email and offline; ensure solid engagement with supporters on social media.
Introduce new and develop existing processes and protocols for recruitment and management of volunteers to ensure volunteers efficiently contribute and have a good volunteering experience in the organisation.
Working with teams and its strategic partners, identify and develop volunteer/internship roles required and proactively source volunteers/interns for these roles.
To prepare annual plans and budgets for the team and report against the same.
Undertake travel to other centers, partners and for relevant activities, as required.
