Payment Collection & Receivables Management
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.
Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly collection plans.
Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments.
Ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms.
Maintain customer-wise collection records.
Customer Coordination
Maintain qualified relationships with customers for payment recovery.
Communicate payment reminders through calls, emails and WhatsApp/business communication channels.
Obtain payment commitments and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, debit notes, credit notes, delivery issues and account discrepancies.
Resolve payment-related queries in coordination with Accounts and Sales teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
