Purpose/Objective
To support the day-to-day execution of corporate travel operations by ensuring timely travel bookings, policy compliance, accurate documentation, traveller assistance, vendor coordination, and effective resolution of travel-related requests while delivering a seamless travel experience for employees.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Process domestic and international travel bookings including air, rail, hotel, visa, and ground transportation.
Ensure travel arrangements are made within approved timelines and as per organizational policies.
Coordinate with travelers, approvers, travel service providers, and internal stakeholders for seamless travel execution.

Review travel requests for completeness, approvals, and policy compliance.
Facilitate ticket issuance, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Handle urgent and last-minute travel requirements efficiently - Ensure adherence to corporate travel policies, entitlement matrices, and approval workflows.
Flag policy deviations and obtain necessary approvals prior to booking.
Support travel audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Liaise with Travel Management Companies (TMCs), airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and visa agencies.
Track service delivery and escalate unresolved service issues.
Support vendor performance monitoring and SLA adherence - Validate travel invoices, credit notes, refunds, and supporting documents.
Assist in reconciliation of travel expenses and vendor billing.
Coordinate with Finance and vendors for discrepancy resolution.
Maintain accurate travel records and booking databases.
Generate periodic MIS reports on travel volumes, savings, compliance, and service performance.
Support data analysis for travel cost optimization initiatives.
Act as the first point of contact for travel-related queries and issues.
Provide travel advice, itinerary support, and emergency assistance to employees.
