About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with robust expertise in hiring for creative, design, art, media, and production-related roles. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of creative talent and experience sourcing candidates across \2D, 3D, sculpture, fine arts, video editing, graphic design, and other creative profiles.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful joining.

* Understand creative portfolios, skill sets, software expertise, and practical capabilities while screening candidates.
Recruitment & Sourcing

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Apna, Job Hai, social media, colleges, art institutes, portfolio platforms, referrals, and other relevant channels*.
