Role & responsibilities
Conduct feasibility analysis for current and ongoing projects.
Prepare and monitor project budgets; ensure alignment with cost parameters.
Implement effective cost control and cost planning strategies.
Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure material reconciliation.
Perform rate analysis and identify prospects for value engineering.
Participate actively in pre-construction activities, including planning and estimation.
Present budget reports and cost updates to senior management.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) and external stakeholders (consultants, vendors).

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in estimation, cost management, and project planning.
Solid knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and industry practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
