Line Control Technician (Production Control/Planner) - Contract

Location: Kulim, Malaysia
Your Responsibilities
Support the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies across production lines.
Analyze current production processes to identify areas for improvement and implementation strategies to increase efficiency, reduce cycle time and eliminate waste.
Collect and analyze production performance date, identify trends and procide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
Collaborate closely with operations team to implement changes and improve overall plant performance.
Peform data analysis, define issues, and manage problem solving proceses to ensure smooth flow in Manufacturing.
Your Profile
Diploma in Manufacturing/Business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferable




Robust knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools (5S, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping)
Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Data Analysis tools such as Excelm Minitab or similar software
Robust problem solving skills, positive analytical skills
Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities tasks effectively.
