Qualification
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
Minimum 4 years of HR experience
Robust knowledge in Recruitment process and statutory compliance

Salary: Based on previous experience

Purpose of the Role

To manage end-to-end HR operations at the unit level, ensuring smooth manpower planning, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Conduct joining formalities and documentation
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires
Maintain manpower as per approved budgets

Payroll & Attendance Management
Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and leave records
Coordinate payroll inputs with central HR
Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues




Support performance management processes
Maintain positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee files and statutory registers
Support audits and compliance checks

Training & Development
Coordinate training programs and skill development sessions
Track training records and certification compliance

Key Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
Ability to manage high-volume frontline workforce
Valuable analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems
