Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess robust accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain records of daily accounting transactions, including Petty Cash, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and other routine financial activities.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Debit Notes accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Perform reconciliation of invoices and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Manage and maintain commercial shipment documentation.
Prepare monthly workings for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, TDS, and other statutory compliances, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for finalization and filing.
Prepare and submit daily financial and operational reports to the Directors.




Perform costing and profitability analysis of ready styles/products.
Coordinate closely with the Operations and Production teams to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.
Handle queries related to order fulfilment, confirmations, cancellations, and other commercial transactions.
Process and maintain employee payroll records, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
Liaise with the Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) for annual taxation, statutory compliances, and ROC filings.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping
Experience in GST, TDS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
Valuable understanding of Accounts Payable and Cash Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software (e.g., Tally/ERP)
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Attention to detail
