Mariox Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to lead and grow our IT sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
Drive self-generated leads, client acquisition, and deal closures.
Handle sales for Web, Mobile App, SaaS & Custom Software Development.
Monitor team performance, pipeline, follow-ups, and targets.
Handle key client discussions, negotiations, and closures.
Build a robust, target-driven sales culture.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Software Sales or Business Development.
Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership.
Robust knowledge of IT services and solution selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to perform and lead effectively under pressure.
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000/month
