KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients for interview and joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Solid convincing and coordination abilities.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced setting.
