Jetexfly Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Travel Consultant – Holiday Packages to join our growing team in Kozhikode.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, with robust expertise in handling holiday package enquiries, preparing customized itineraries, converting leads into bookings, and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international holiday package enquiries.
Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
Design and customize suitable holiday packages and itineraries.
Prepare quotations and present travel options professionally.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing and other travel services.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
Handle customer queries and provide support before, during and after the trip.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and bookings.
Stay updated with destinations, hotels, travel products and current tourism trends.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Holiday Packages or Travel Sales.
Solid knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Proven experience in selling holiday packages and converting leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to prepare customized tour packages and quotations.
Positive knowledge of hotels, transportation and sightseeing arrangements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
