Job Summary

Arihannt Diamond Institute (ADI) is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, explaining our diamond and jewellery-related courses, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Explain institute courses, curriculum, fees, duration, and career prospects clearly to students.
Understand the student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain proper communication.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.




Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.
Provide regular updates regarding lead status and sales performance.
Maintain skilled communication and represent the institute positively.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, counselling, inside sales, or admissions is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
Ability to maintain lead records and follow up systematically.
