Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead Sales & Business Development to anchor our Pune operations. The incumbent will lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue targets, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of our real estate portfolio business in the Pune region.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular team reviews, performance assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Ensure onboarding and ongoing training of current team members on products, processes, and sales methodology.

Sales & Business Development




Drive primary and secondary real estate sales across residential and commercial segments.
Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for the Pune market.
Generate and manage leads through channel partners, broker networks, direct clients, and digital campaigns.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets consistently.
Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property walkthroughs.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
Handle escalations, negotiate deal closures, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients through the full investment lifecycle.

Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales MIS reports to Branch Manager.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth deal processi
