The Offshore Senior Manual Tester is responsible for advanced manual testing, functional validation, and quality assurance of business-critical processes within the migration programmer.

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract
Experience: Senior-level / 8+ years preferred
Key Responsibilities
Execute complex end-to-end, regression, integration, and equivalence testing scenarios.
Review test cases, test results, and overall test coverage.
Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation, and retesting.
Support test preparation, scenario clarification, and UAT activities.
Participate in defect triage and provide functional impact assessments.
Support Belgian Test Team during test preparation and scenario clarification.
Mentor and coach Medior Manual Testers.
Ensure testing standards and quality processes are consistently followed.
Support test reporting and progress monitoring.
Required Skills
Advanced manual testing techniques.
Experience testing insurance and financial systems.
Solid experience in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Defect management and root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Coaching and mentoring capabilities.
