Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, facilitating timely resolution in coordination with HR Business Partners.
Support conflict management by investigating employee issues, documenting findings, and recommending solutions.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal cycles by coordinating communication and documentation with employees and managers.
Track and maintain performance management records and ensure timely completion of appraisal-related processes.
Assist managers and employees with clarifications regarding performance metrics, goals, and feedback mechanisms.
Onboarding Support
Verify and track onboarding documents and assist in resolving minor documentation issues.
Facilitate current joiner queries related to onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure current joiners receive ID cards and joining kits in a timely manner.
Support scheduling of induction sessions and ensure smooth communication with current employees regarding onboarding timelines.
Follow up with employees to collect signed appointment letters and statutory forms post joining.
Exit Management
Coordinate the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, ensuring clearance of assets, and retrieving company property.
Facilitate the documentation and processing of relieving letters, experience certificates, and final settlement in coordination with relevant departments.
Address exit-related employee queries and support smooth offboarding to maintain positive employer branding.
Maintain confidentiality and handle exit processes with professionalism and accuracy.
