The Role
As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our established teams and clients to deliver high-calibre technology talent across the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing end-to-end candidate delivery across Technology and Fintech recruitment mandates.
Sourcing, identifying, screening, and qualifying technology professionals across APAC.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and developing long-term talent networks.
Working closely with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and deliver against hiring objectives.
Conducting targeted market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
