Core Responsibilities:
Coding and Development:
Writing clean, productive, and well-documented PHP code to implement current features or modify existing ones.
Debugging and Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues in code and applications, working with senior developers to find solutions.
Code Reviews:
Participating in code reviews to learn from senior developers and ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Database Interaction:
Working with databases (often MySQL) to retrieve, update, and manage data.
Collaboration:
Working with front-end developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript-Jquery), designers, and other team members to integrate different parts of the application.
Learning and Growth:
Staying up-to-date with new PHP technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Following Instructions:
Following instructions from senior developers and contributing to the overall project goals.
Documentation:
Contributing to the documentation of code and system architecture.
Testing:
Participating in testing activities to ensure the quality and performance of the application.
Skills and Knowledge:
PHP: Foundational knowledge of the PHP language is essential.
PHP, Reactjs & Wordpress are mandatory skillset.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript: Understanding of front-end technologies is crucial for integration.
Databases (MySQL & MongoDB): Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is significant.
Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug code is a key skill.
Communication: Effective communication with team members is vital.
Version Control (Git): Understanding of version control systems like Git is often required.
Frameworks (Optional): Familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter can be an advantage.
