Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle both Indian and US clients effectively.
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and internal teams.
Possess solid techno-functional BA capabilities, including knowledge of databases, APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
Travel when required to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to drive growth.
Job Requirements :
Strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi.
Experience in business analysis, client handling, and technical functional roles.
Ability to work with government projects is advantageous.
Proficiency in handling multiple clients and stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
