The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, short-form video content, storytelling and audience engagement. You should be comfortable turning topics around AI, careers, job search, resumes, interviews, and workplace trends into engaging content.

- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with company goals.

- Create content around job search, career growth, resumes, interviews, AI tools, hiring trends, and workplace topics.
- Collaborate with the HR, marketing, and operations teams to identify content opportunities.
- Monitor social media performance and track metrics such as reach, engagement, views, followers, and conversions.
