SynapseWave builds ODIN, a high-performance trading platform used by brokers and institutional participants. It spans order management, risk management, exchange connectivity, and a desktop front-end. We're looking for a motivated Business Analyst Trainee who can sit between our business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams — understanding what the market needs and translating it into clear, buildable requirements.

This role is a strong fit for a B.E./B.Tech(CSE, IT, ECE) + MBA fresher who enjoys structured thinking, is comfortable around technology, and wants to build a career in fintech and product management.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with product managers, business stakeholders, and users to gather and understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases (BRD / FRD).




- Analyze existing workflows within ODIN modules and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams through the full SDLC — from requirement to release.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and open issues across the project lifecycle.
- Support QA in validating test scenarios and coordinate UAT with stakeholders through sign-off.
- Perform basic data analysis (SQL queries, Excel-based analysis) to support product and business decisions.
- Study exchange circulars (NSE, BSE, MCX, SEBI) and help assess their impact on our product.
- Continuously build knowledge of the capital markets domain and the technology stack behind ODIN.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
