Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with expertise in RCC/Structural work to develop exact technical drawings for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, experience collaborating with engineers and architects, and the ability to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
Interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical designs to produce accurate and detailed drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with company and industry standards.
Coordinate with engineers, architects,



and project teams to resolve design issues and maintain accuracy.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Conduct quality checks to ensure precision, consistency, and completeness.

Requirements:
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D); knowledge of MicroStation (optional) is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of drafting standards, blueprints, and engineering principles.
Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Communication Skills: Must have good communication and problem-solving abilities.
