Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the clearing operations team to ensure timely and accurate trade settlements.
- Manage corporate actions processing, including announcements, notifications, and confirmations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for capital markets operations and trade life cycle management.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk in trade processing
- Candidate should have handled minimum of -100+ FTE.
Job Requirements :
- 12-30 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Robust understanding of capital market operations, clearing operations, and trade settlements.
- Proven track record in managing teams responsible for corporate actions processing.
