Job Summary:
Responsible for managing air import shipments, ensuring timely coordination, accurate documentation, client communication, and adherence to operational KPIs and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day air import operations from pre-alert to delivery.
- Send timely pre-alerts to clients as per client-specific formats and requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, overseas offices, customs brokers, transporters, and clients.
- Track shipments and ensure timely follow-up on pending activities.
- Achieve defined import operational KPIs and service-level targets.
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking and planning records.
- Monitor SLA performance and take corrective action for any delays or deviations.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely system updates.
- Handle operational issues and escalate exceptions to the concerned stakeholders.

Experience required:




- 1–5 years of experience in Air Import Operations/Freight Forwarding.
- Knowledge of air import processes, shipment tracking, pre-alerts, and documentation.
- Experience in KPI/SLA monitoring and client coordination.
- Positive communication and MS Excel skills.
