Required Skills:
- D365 Project Operations / D365 F&O; PMA: Hands-on implementation and configuration experience across project management, project accounting, costing, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, procurement, and vendor management.
- Functional Consulting & Fit-Gap: Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, and ability to decide between native D365 functionality, customization, Power Platform extensions, or third-party integrations.
- Project Lifecycle & Workflows: Experience with project tracking, milestones, stage gates, approvals, hand-offs, automation,



document management, data migration, UAT, and end-user training.
- Power Platform & Integrations: Hands-on/familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom entities, APIs, connectors, and hybrid/third-party DMS or system integrations.
- Domain & Client Engagement: Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or capital projects preferred, with solid client-facing communication and ability to translate land, permitting, interconnection, EPC, and project-development processes into functional designs.
