We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our outreach and growth efforts. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships with local clinics, corporate organizations, and community leaders to expand our patient reach and promote hospital services. Fluency in Kannada is required to build trust and communicate effectively across local networks and patient communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Local Outreach & Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with local clinics, diagnostic centers, general practitioners, and corporate clients to drive referrals and tie-ups.
- Community Engagement: Plan and execute local health awareness camps, corporate wellness drives, and diagnostic programs in coordination with community leaders.
- Client & Referral Management: Act as the primary liaison for partner healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and ensuring seamless patient referral pathways.
- Market Expansion: Conduct local market research to identify untapped areas, competitor trends,



and potential referral networks within the region.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Meet monthly revenue and referral targets; present lead pipelines and performance metrics to hospital management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada (Spoken and Written) is strictly required. Fluency in English is required; Hindi is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in business development or field sales (Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, or Hospital sector experience strongly preferred).
- Skills: Robust negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to engage effectively with both local community members and medical professionals.
- Mobility: Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally for field visits, client meetings, and health camps.
