Production Manager – Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage daily and weekly production based on sales requirements and inventory levels.

2. Supervise production staff, machine operators, and helpers.

3. Ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.

4. Monitor and control raw materials .

5. Maintain production records, batch records, wastage reports, and material consumption records.

6. Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchase, Maintenance, Warehouse, and sales teams.

8. Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.

9. Ensure proper cold-chain management and maintain required freezer and storage temperatures.

10. Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

11. Handle production-related complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

12. Ensure production targets are achieved on time without compromising product quality and food safety.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
