Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in performance testing, scripting, monitoring, and CI/CD integration.

Key Skills Required
- Performance Testing: JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner
- Scripting: Groovy
- Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk
- CI/CD & Security Tools: Snyk, Checkmarx
- Experience with WebSocket and MQ scripting
- Test planning, workload modeling, and performance analysis
- Client communication and defect triage

Preferred Skills
- Cloud-based performance testing exposure
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Understanding of application architecture

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant performance testing experience
