Euler Motors is looking for an experienced Welfare Officer to join our plant HR team and support our growing EV manufacturing operations.
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Industry: Automotive / EV / Manufacturing

- Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations
- Blue-collar / workmen handling
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Employee grievance handling
- Contract labour management
- Government liaisoning
- Welfare facilities & employee engagement
- Disciplinary matters / domestic enquiry
- Union handling will be an advantage
- Experience supporting current projects / workforce expansion is preferred
Qualifications: MSW / MBA HR / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations preferred.
