Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Site Supervisor (Civil / Interior) to join our team. As a fresher, you will work closely with senior project managers, engineers, interior designers, and subcontractors to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in Civil Engineering or Interior Design looking to gain hands-on site management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily civil construction and interior execution work to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design layouts.
- Workforce & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and general labor to maintain work flow and productivity.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for quality standards and enforce site safety guidelines at all times.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily progress against project schedules and report status, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Measurement & Billing Support:



Assist in taking site measurements, checking material wastage, and verifying vendor bills.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the site clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary materials and tools.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI,Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma/Degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year of experience/internships in civil or interior projects is a plus).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of reading civil blueprints, interior layouts, and working drawings.
- Familiarity with construction materials, interior finishes, and finishing techniques.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or AutoCAD is preferred.
- Attributes: Proactive, willing to learn, punctual, and able to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace.
