Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Operator to perform quality inspections and ensure products meet required specifications and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with the Production and Quality teams to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections of manufactured components.
- Check product dimensions, appearance, and workmanship as per specifications.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, and Height Gauge.
- Identify and segregate OK, rejected, and rework components.
- Conduct first-piece and routine quality checks during production.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality-related documents.
- Report defects and quality issues to the Quality/Production Supervisor.




- Coordinate with production operators to reduce rejection and rework.
- Follow SOPs, quality procedures, 5S, and safety guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control / Quality Inspection.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and measurements.
- Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges, etc.
- Good observation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a manufacturing workplace.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Quality, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred: Candidates from automotive, engineering, CNC, machining, or manufacturing industries.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
