Business Development Executive, BIM Services (US/Europe)

We sell BIM production services through a pilot-first motion: small, quick, low-risk first projects (one floor, one discipline, one store package) that convert into recurring production relationships. We need a closer who owns the deal from first discovery call to signed pilot and first invoice.

What you'll do:
- Run discovery calls with US/EU architecture, MEP, contracting, scanning, and development firms across retail rollout, residential/multifamily, fit-out, warehouse, steel/retrofit, education, and hospitality segments
- Translate client needs into pilot scopes (deliverables, LOD, formats, dates) together with our BIM delivery lead
- Write and present proposals, handle pricing within our rate framework, and defend value against cheaper-vendor comparisons without racing to the bottom
- Negotiate, close,



and hand over won work to delivery with complete briefs; stay accountable for the client's first-90-day experience
- Maintain an honest pipeline in CRM: stages, next actions, loss reasons

Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years selling services (not only software) to US or UK/EU businesses; BIM/CAD/engineering/AEC outsourcing sales strongly preferred
- A closed-deal track record you can quantify: deal sizes, sales cycles, win rates, client types (logos or anonymized descriptions are fine)
- Enough technical fluency to scope BIM work credibly, or a proven history of mastering technical services fast
- The judgment to never promise what delivery can't keep

Good to have: experience with pilot-first or land-and-expand selling; existing US/UK AEC relationships; prior or engineering services employer.
