Role Description
This part time remote role as a Sales Operations Analyst / Business Operations Analyst focuses on supporting strategic and operational decision-making across sales and business functions. The role includes analyzing sales data and business performance metrics, building reports and dashboards, and providing insights to improve forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with sales, finance, and leadership teams to optimize processes, maintain CRM data integrity, and support the design of incentives and performance tracking. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing presentations, documenting policies and procedures, and contributing to operational improvements in a data-driven, technology-focused environment.

- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills for understanding pipelines, forecasting, CRM workflows, and sales process optimization.
- Candidates should possess Finance skills for interpreting financial metrics, supporting budgeting, and aligning sales performance with revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) and CRM systems.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Candidates should possess experience or strong interest in insurance, artificial intelligence, or legaltech fields as a plus.
- Candidates should possess a relevant academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
