We’re Hiring: HR Intern (Remote)

Are you curious about how HR really works beyond textbooks? This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and real HR challenges inside a growing organization.

Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months
Stipend: 5k Per Month

What you’ll work on:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and learning how to assess fit.
- Onboarding & Induction: Supporting current joiners, preparing documentation, and helping them settle in.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting with activities, surveys, and creative ways to keep employees motivated.
- HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, drafting letters, supporting payroll inputs,



and compliance basics.
- People Initiatives: Helping design small projects around culture, learning, and workplace improvements.

What you’ll gain:
