Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels at assigned hubs to ensure optimal stock mix, quantity, and value alignment with city PDP.
- Oversee daily operations of warehouses, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve service levels, and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate tracking of inventory movements through GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and issue memos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Robust understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent team handling skills for managing a team of warehouse staff.
- Ability to analyze data to optimize inventory planning and reduce waste.
