We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer | Mangalore - Kapikad

MicroDegree is looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of digital campaigns, drive qualified leads, and optimize marketing performance through data-driven strategies.

Position: Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Generate and analyze campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Content, Design, Sales, and Business teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve campaign performance.




- Track marketing funnels and identify areas for improving overall ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with numbers, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Robust communication In English & Kannada With collaboration skills.
