Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced US Accountant with 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have robust accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and review financial reports and accounting statements.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks.
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams on accounting-related queries.




- Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Requirements
- 3–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience in US Accounting / US Bookkeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
