Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for engineering positions within the oil & gas industry through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing agency background preferred.
- Solid understanding of the oil & gas industry's technical requirements for engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
