Job Overview
We are seeking an active and persuasive Tele Collection Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding their overdue payments, following up on repayments, and resolving payment issues.
Note: This is a target-based job offering competitive base pay along with attractive incentive structures based on collection milestones achieved.
Key Responsibilities
· Call delinquent or overdue customers to remind them about pending EMI repayments.
· Educate customers on payment modes, late payment charges,
and the benefits of maintaining a healthy credit score.
· Identify customer issues or reasons for non-payment and offer viable payment solutions.
· Negotiate payment schedules, promises to pay (PTP), and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
· Track daily collection targets and follow up consistently on promised payment dates.
· Maintain explicit and accurate records of all customer calls and payment arrangements in the CRM system.
· Adhere strictly to company policies, code of conduct, and ethical collection standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Collections, EMI Recovery, or Telecalling (financial services or digital lending experience preferred).
· Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
· Languages: Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati. Working knowledge of Basic English is a plus.
· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
