We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and responsible Accounts Manager to manage the financial records, accounting transactions, taxation, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and experience in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities :Accounting & Finance

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

· Prepare and record journal entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.





· Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.

· Prepare customer invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.

· Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

· Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting records.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers for timely collections.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Insurance and other statutory compliances.

· Prepare and reconcile GST returns and maintain proper documentation.

· Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory compliance.

· Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Financial Reporting

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
