Role Description
The Social Media Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement for multiple clients. The Social Media Manager will manage social media calendars, optimize posts for reach and performance, monitor analytics,



and adjust strategies based on data insights. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and copywriters, responding to audience interactions, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage, grow, and optimize brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy and create engaging Writing tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic performance reporting.
