About the Role

EVO Innovative Surfaces is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across the Architect, Modular Kitchen, Project Sales, Laminates, MCS and Dealer segments.

The BDM will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, modular kitchen manufacturers, contractors, project stakeholders and dealers, and converting these relationships into sustainable sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Architect & Interior Designer Development
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and design firms.
- Conduct regular meetings, product presentations and sample demonstrations.
- Generate product specifications and enquiries through architects and designers.




- Build a strong architect/designer network for recurring business.
- Track upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

2. Modular Kitchen Business
- Develop relationships with modular kitchen manufacturers, OEMs, kitchen studios and furniture manufacturers.
- Promote EVO's laminate/surface solutions for modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture applications.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Coordinate with design, estimation and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Develop long-term OEM and modular kitchen accounts.

3. Project Sales
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects.
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, contractors, project managers and consultants.
- Generate project enquiries and secure product specifications/approvals.
- Follow the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closur
