Senior HR Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

Mardamed Healthcare is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage key human resources functions across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, statutory compliance, HR operations, and employee engagement. The role requires a dependable HR professional who can support business needs while maintaining a positive, compliant, and people-focused workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection follow-ups, offer documentation, and joining formalities.

· Coordinate onboarding and induction programs to ensure new employees understand company policies, workplace expectations, and healthcare service standards.

· Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, attendance records, leave records, and personnel files in line with company requirements.

· Support payroll inputs by coordinating attendance, leave, salary changes, deductions, reimbursements, and other employee-related data.





· Handle employee relations matters, grievance discussions, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism.

· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and healthcare-related HR documentation standards.

· Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook updates, and internal communication related to HR processes.

· Coordinate performance management activities including appraisal schedules, review documentation, feedback follow-ups, and performance improvement support.

· Plan and support employee engagement, welfare, retention, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives.

· Coordinate training and development programs for clinical, administrative, and support staff as required.
