Role Purpose

Lead the marketing and growth agenda for Company's Dermatology portfolio (4–5 brands), transforming it into a portfolio of consumer-first, digitally led brands across Skin Care and Hair Care. Drive sustainable growth by leveraging consumer insights, digital marketing, social commerce, influencer ecosystems, D2C channels, marketplaces, and omnichannel growth levers.

Own the P&L; for the assigned portfolio and deliver business growth through a balanced focus on brand building, consumer engagement, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital-First Brand Building

• Drive the consumerization agenda through digital-first strategies across the consumer funnel, including awareness, acquisition, retention, and advocacy.

• Build science-led, consumer-centric brands that are culturally relevant and optimized for growth through digital engagement.

• Develop differentiated brand identities, content ecosystems, and community-building programs across digital touchpoints.

Social Commerce & Community Building





• Create advocacy-led growth models by leveraging user-generated content, creators, dermatologists, and subject matter experts.

• Build and scale engaged consumer communities focused on skin and hair concerns through educational content and social engagement.

• Drive social commerce initiatives that enhance consumer engagement, conversion, and loyalty. Performance & Growth Marketing

• Own key growth metrics, including traffic, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).

• Partner with growth, media, and ecommerce teams to scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging digital platforms.

• Establish data-driven experimentation and optimization frameworks to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.

• Drive portfolio growth in partnership with platform teams across eCommerce, qCommerce, and beauty focused marketplaces.
