Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer based in Guwahati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will install, configure, and maintain medical equipment and diagnostic devices at customer sites. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues,



and providing on-site and remote technical support. The engineer will document service activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and escalations. Regular interaction with healthcare professionals is required to understand their needs, deliver effective solutions, and provide training on equipment usage and basic care.

Qualifications
- Strong Field Service experience, including on-site installation and maintenance of medical or technical equipment.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and escalate equipment issues effectively.
- Hands-on skills in Preventive Maintenance to ensure reliability, uptime, and regulatory compliance for installed systems.
- Customer Service skills to communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
