Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor day-to-day building operations and verify that work aligns with approved blueprints and technical drawings.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks and tests on raw materials and completed tasks to meet structural benchmarks.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with architects, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve workflow blockages.
- Resource Management: Track and distribute machinery, tools, and labor efficiently to minimize waste.
