Department: Membership

Job Purpose
The Resource will be responsible for driving member acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives while supporting business development and revenue generation for FICCI. The role will also oversee membership data management, analytics, and digital processes to enhance member experience, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Membership Growth & Business Development (35%)
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new members across priority sectors and geographies.
- Identify opportunities for membership expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members and strategic partners.
- Conduct outreach activities, meetings, presentations, and engagement initiatives to promote FICCI membership.
- Support sponsorship generation and monetization opportunities across FICCI programs and events.

2. Member Engagement & Retention (25%)
- Drive member retention and renewal initiatives to maximize member satisfaction and engagement.




- Manage relationships with existing members and understand their evolving requirements.
- Coordinate member committees, forums, networking sessions, and sector-specific engagements.
- Track member feedback and recommend improvements in member services and advantages.

3. Data Management & Analytics (20%)
- Manage and maintain membership databases, CRM systems, and digital records.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and regular updating of membership data.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and analytics on membership trends, renewals, revenues, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze member behavior and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Lead data digitization and process-improvement initiatives within the membership function.

4. Process Excellence & Digital Transformation (10%)
- Streamline membership processes, including onboarding, renewals, and communication workflows.
